[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]For the second year, Pacesetter will be joining thousands of walkers in the Susan G. Komen Atlanta 3-Day. We have a goal of raising $10,000 in donations and will walk 60 miles over three days to demonstrate our determination in finding a cure for breast cancer. One hundred percent of the proceeds from fundraising will support our participation in the Komen Atlanta 3-Day.

Seventy –five percent of the net proceeds raised by the 3-Day fund national research and large public health outreach programs. The remaining twenty-five percent funds local community and affiliate outreach programs.

No breast cancer organization provides more support and care than Susan G. Komen for the Cure®. Virtually every major advance in the fight against breast cancer in the last 30 years has been impacted by a Susan G. Komen grant, and millions of women rely on Komen every day. These women need our help more than ever to safeguard Komen’s great work in our local communities for another 30 years.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][image_with_animation image_url=”170″ animation=”Fade In From Right” img_link_target=”_self”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]Leebow’s ability to innovate and transform a legacy company was what encouraged former Pacesetter CEO, Steve Leebow, to choose his daughter to take the reins. “Aviva has the people and leadership skills, the know-how and the technological expertise to transform our company for the future,” said Steve Leebow who will remain with Pacesetter indefinitely as its Chief Operating Officer. Pacesetter will continue to operate under the same values that have guided our company since 1977.

Aviva Leebow began her career with Pacesetter Steel Service after graduating from the University of Baltimore Law School in 2010. In her former role as Executive Vice President, she developed and lead business growth strategies. The company’s top assets – its people – remain #1 in Leebow’s tenure. “Our company was founded with a people-centric focus and will forever center on people,” she added. Leebow’s primary focus is on the future, she also stated “We must be the innovators and innovate we will do. The future is ours to shape and create. It is what we imagine and innovate. If we can imagine it and envision that it can exist, then we can create it. And we at Pacesetter will.”
